A letter on what it takes to run an electrical company in the South Okanagan.

Most people don't think much about the wiring behind their walls until something stops working. That's fair. You shouldn't have to. My job, and the job of the crew I run out of Unit 101 at 742 Eckhardt Avenue West, is to make sure the electrical part of your home, your shop, or your jobsite simply works, day after day, without giving you a single reason to think about it.

We're Penticton Electric Ltd. We're located in Penticton and we service all of the South Okanagan and Similkameen. That sentence is the whole geography of the business. I wanted to take a few minutes to write down what we actually do and why we do it the way we do. Not a brochure. Just a letter.
